New Paper Machine Enlivens Hongta Lanying

To meet the market needs for Hongta Lanying cigarette paper, the Yunnan Hongta Lanying Paper Company Ltd. has imported advanced world level paper machines from France and Germany on the basis of original equipment. The import of the new paper machines will promote the long-term development of the company.

The Yunnan Hongta Lanying Paper Company Ltd. transformed its high-grade cigarette bobbin production line in 1996 to enable the quality of the products to reach the historic record, and its production output from an annual 5,000 tons to 10,000 tons.

The only enterprise in the province in producing cigarette bobbin, the company invested huge funds in importing a new production line from a French company, DCS and QCS from an American company, rewinder from a German company, and a high-speed cutter from IMS Company of Italy in 1999. The whole production line has included the sophisticated technology of software and hardware in the paper industry.

The new production line is controlled by computer, which monitors the whole production process, and timely solves issues concerning evenness and single side of ribbing, burning, environment protection and combustion improver on the cigarette paper. It has offered technical guarantee for the quality of YXCF antifalsification paper. Meanwhile, the production line has shortened the period of production of finished cigarette paper from four to six days to three days on record. The production output has increased by 12,000 tons.
