Italy: IMS Deltamatic Pools Slitter Rewinder Resources

Goebel Schneid- und Wickelsysteme and IMS, two subsidiaries of IMS Deltamatic that manufacture slitter rewinders, have merged operations into newly created Goebel IMS, the company said.

Pooling resources will enhance an already strong position making machinery to convert paper, board, plastic film, alufoil, cigarette papers and aseptic packaging materials, the company said. Goebel IMS manufactures at three sites in Italy, Germany and the United States. Enditem
