<strong>China: ZJ116 Type Secondary Processing Through Small Batch Manufacture Appraisal</strong>

During September 24 to September 26, China Tobacco Machinery Group Company assessed small volume production of ZJ116 type secondary processing machine in Changde Tobacco Machinery Company. Industry experts and representatives from two customers evaluated ZJ116 from five aspects, including the enterprise production management, quality management, technology management, production conditions, and product parts detection. After appraisal committee serious discussion, the committee agreed that ZJ116 type processing machine through small batch manufacture appraisal.

ZJ116 type secondary processing machine, the super high speed unit, is made by Changde Tobacco Machinery Company adopted PROTOS2-2 technique introduced from Hauni company. This machine is the first double channel super speed secondary processing machine which is made by China. The cigarette production speed reached 16000 cigarettes per minute (single channel max speed reached 560 meters per minute). This type becomes one of main type of domestic secondary processing machines after ZJ17 (7000 cigarettes per minute) and ZJ112 (10000 cigarettes per minute). Enditem
