UNITED STATES: Perten Appoints Canada GM

Perten Instruments, a quality control specialist represented in more than 100 countries, named Michael Reimer general manager of its operations in Canada with immediate effect, the company said.

Reimer will open a Perten office in the Winnipeg area. He previously held positions in the food and agricultural businesses, including stints at the Canadian Grain Commission and International Grains Institute, Perten said.
