<strong>China Cigarette Paper Export Volume Reduced Sharply in First Five Months</strong>

In the first five months of 2014, China exported 9384.5 tons cigarette paper totally, reduced 2154.7 tons compared to 11539.2 tons of the same period of last year. Among them, in March, exported 2315.5 tons cigarette paper, in April exported 1504.2 tons, and in May exported 2288.7 tons.

Cigarette paper belongs to the specialty industry paper, and its production capacity is relatively concentrated. According to public information, the current domestic cigarette paper mainly produced by Hongta Blue Eagle Paper Corp., Jinfeng Paper Corp.,Huafeng Paper Corp., Hengfeng Paper Corp., and their production capacity is 22000 tons, 23000 tons , 26000 tons respectively, and over 80000 tons.
