<strong>China: Changde Tobacco Machinery Meets on Anniversary of Communist Party</strong>

Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. in south central China's Hunan Province held on June 30 a meeting to mark the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which was also a study session for the training of staffers who are Communist Party members.

The meeting was chaired by Changde Tobacco Machinery Communist Party Committee Secretary Qin Jiyu.

At the meeting, Yang Xin'an, secretary of the Communist Party Discipline Inspection Committee and Trade Union chairman at Changde Tobacco Machinery, read out the Notice on Honoring the 6th-Term Model Workers of the Tobacco Industry of China (Official Document No. 168 of 2014 on Human Resources of the Tobacco Industry Issued by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration) and the Circular on Honoring Advanced Models in the 2013-2014 Activity of Making Advanced Achievements and Striving to Become Outstanding (Official Document No. 10 of 2014 on Communist Party Affairs Issued by Changde Tobacco Machinery), and reported a list of newly developed Communist Party members and a list of full Communist Party members who have been converted from probationary Communist Party members.

By holding the meeting to mark the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the CPC, the Communist Party Committee of Changde Tobacco Machinery called on the Communist Party organizations at all levels and all Communist Party members of the company to follow the examples of advanced groups and outstanding Communist Party members, strive to establish study-oriented, innovative and service-oriented grassroots-level Communist Party organizations, strive to become outstanding Communist Party members, and make due contributions to full-scale promotion of the work of Communist Party development at Changde Tobacco Machinery to higher levels and promotion of realization of scientific development by the company.
