Equipment Management, Energy Conservation by Cigarette Factory Verified

China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Co., Ltd. in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province dispatched on March 21 a delegation of inspectors to Honghe Cigarette Factory of HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group in the province to verify and assess its work of equipment management, energy conservation and emission reduction in the year 2013.

Speaking at the ceremony to start the process of verification and assessment, Deputy Director Li Bin introduced to the delegation of inspectors the recent achievements made by Honghe Cigarette Factory in equipment management, energy conservation and emission reduction, and asked the delegation of inspectors to put forward their suggestions for and offer their guidance over the work of equipment management by Honghe Cigarette Factory.

The relevant leaders of the delegation of inspectors explained the targets of the work of verification and assessment this time and the procedures for verification. Afterwards, the delegation of inspectors was divided into a data group and an on-site inspection group to go deep into the relevant departments of the factory to conduct their work of verification and assessment.

During the one-day verification and assessment, the delegation of inspectors performed their duties of verification and assessment of the relevant work under 54 items involved in the three major aspects of comprehensive management and control quality assessment, basic management quality assessment and value performance effects indexes assessment. It also conducted verification and assessment of energy conservation and emission reduction by Honghe Cigarette Factory by checking the relevant work under 27 items involved in the two major aspects of targets for energy conservation and emission reduction and also measures for energy conservation and emission reduction.
