Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. in south central China's Hunan Province held a meeting of the entire middle management on December 31, 2013 to earnestly sum up the work in various aspects of its business operation in 2013 and make planning and arrangement for its major work in 2014.

For Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd., 2013 was the first year for implementing the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and was also a year of important transition from the past to the present in the execution of its 2011-2015 five-year development strategy and plan. In the year, Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. earnestly followed the general work requirement of "seeking progress amid stability, driving by innovation and systemic transformation for development" adopted by China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd., and practically conducted work in various aspects closely in accordance with the policy of "promoting tobacco machinery manufacturing to higher levels", well fulfilling the annual production and operation tasks assigned by China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and the Board of Directors of Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd., maintaining stability of its economic efficiency, and making new achievements in its work in all aspects.

At the meeting, the leaders of all departments of the enterprise, in accordance with the key points of the annual work of the enterprise, and in light of the realities of the work of their departments, earnestly summed up the work over the past year, found out insufficiencies in work, and put forward ideas for work improvement in 2014.

Board of Directors Chairman and General Manager Zhou Shiwei recalled and summed up the entire work of the enterprise in 2013, pointing out that in 2013, the tobacco machinery manufacturing industry of China faced a relatively harsh development situation and ever changing market demand. Under such a situation, Changde Tobacco Machinery actively readjusted its work guidelines, strengthened driving by innovation and accelerated the process of systemic transformation for development, realizing the target of "making progress amid stability and creating merits amid stability", and relatively well fulfilling the various annual tasks predetermined, which proved to be a result of concerted efforts by the entire workforce.

In 2014, China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd. will vigorously launch a new round of reform of the tobacco machinery manufacturing industry of China.
