Qinhuangdao Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. – a leading Chinese tobacco machinery manufacturer based in north China's Hebei Province – held a meeting to start its business process optimization on November 22, 2013, defining the general steps for business process optimization and giving a package of instructions on the work hereof.

Presided over by Board of Directors Chairman and General Manager Guo Dongqing of Qinhuangdao Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd., the meeting was attended by more than 40 people including leaders of the company such as Liu Xishen, Zou Jinhua, Wang Xiaofei, Liu Junmin and Fu Dongping, assistants to the general manager Hao Jianjun and Liu Baodong, leaders of the relevant departments of the company and business process personnel of the company.

At the meeting, Hao Jianjun read out the Scheme of Qinhuangdao Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. on the Work of Business Process Optimization, which defines the general steps for business process optimization and provides for establishment of relevant organizing institutions including the business process optimization promotion board and the business process optimization promotion office.

Guo Dongqing delivered a mobilization speech at the meeting, giving a package of instructions on the work of "unifying understanding, paying heightened attention, carefully conducting organization, assuring quality and actively promoting optimization of the business process."

Guo Dongqing put forward a three-point specific requirement for the work of business process optimization:

Firstly, understanding should be unified on and heightened attention should be paid to the work of business process optimization.

Secondly, there should be careful organization and assurance of quality, to ensure high-quality accomplishment of the work of business process optimization.

And thirdly, there should be strict planning and strengthening of assessment, to ensure effective promotion of the work of business process optimization.

The meeting also defined the purposes and requirements of the work of business process optimization, signifying an official start of the work of business process optimization of Qinhuangdao Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd.
