<strong>China Tobacco Machinery Holds Meeting on Management Process Improvement</strong>

China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd. held its 2nd Regular Meeting on Business Management Process Improvement at Qinhuangdao Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. in north China's Hebei Province on August 21, 2013, summing up past experience in business management process improvement, and unveiling targets for promotion hereof in future.

Attending the meeting were Deputy General Manager Yu Mingfang, Production Management Department Director Wu Xiliang, Assistant to the Director Yan Chongyang and Principal Staff Member Zhou Zhihua of China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd., three representatives from Beijing Oriental Yichu Standard Technology Co., Ltd., and leaders and staffers from the business process management departments of the four enterprises with the controlling stake held by China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd.

The 2nd Regular Meeting on Business Management Process Improvement was one of the major aspects of the work of China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd. for "creating first-rate quality control systems". The meeting was presided over by Production Management Department Director Wu Xiliang of China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd. The contents of the agenda of the meeting included the following four aspects:

Firstly, Qinhuangdao Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. gave a report on the work of business management process.

Secondly, the four enterprises with the controlling stake held by China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd. separately introduced the results of launching the work of business management process improvement since the 1st Regular Meeting on Business Management Process Improvement was held on June 24.

Thirdly, the participants in the meeting discussed problems and difficulties encountered in the work of business management process improvement, and also key points of the work of business management process improvement by all enterprises over a next period of time.

And fourthly, the meeting heard introduction and explanation by Beijing Oriental Yichu Standard Technology Co., Ltd. about the Proposal for the Project of Business Process Management Improvement by China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd.

Addressing the meeting, Yu Mingfang unveiled a package of targets for promotion of business management process improvement by China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd.:

Firstly, China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and all the enterprises with the controlling stake held by it needs to understand the great significance of the work of business management process improvement, and strive to make real achievements herein.

Secondly, as the work of business management process improvement will be capable of raising the efficiency of operation of the company, all enterprises need to raise the efficiency of production and improve the quality of products at the same time.
