Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. in south central China's Hunan Province held a symposium on its systemic transformation and development on October 7-8, in full-scale implementation of the general working requirement of China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd. for "pursuing progress amid stability, driving by innovation, systemic transformation and development".

2013 is the first year for realizing the target of "systemic transformation and adjustment" set by China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd.

Also known as the 5th symposium on the reform and development strategy of Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd., the meeting was attended by senior and middle level management staffers, chief experts and eight reserve middle level management staffers of the company.

The meeting, mainly focused on the five major topics of technological innovation, marketing innovation, manufacturing management innovation, professional human resources development and corporate culture development, was held by means of thematic speech making, panel discussion, reporting and discussion of achievements by leaders of the various groups and summary speech making by leaders of the company.

The meeting made in-depth discussion on how to strengthen professional human resources development and further promote the development of a corporate culture.
