New Rod Handler from ITM

ITM has introduced a new rod-handling solution, the Saturn. This first-in, first-out reservoir system uses proven rod-handling technology but has a smaller footprint and more ergonomic shape than previous equipment.

The tray-free buffering system enables smooth product handling from upstream to downstream machinery. It also offers flexibility, ease of operation and convenient access from the factory floor level. Maintenance cost and power consumption have been kept to a minimum.

The Saturn adapts to any product format thanks to a specially designed aligning unit that doesn't require any exchange of parts.

Its modular design allows for quick installation and customization. Enditem
