A high-level delegation from China National Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd., led by Deputy General Manager Yu Mingfang, inspected Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. in south central China's Hunan Province on May 29, hearing reports on production and giving instructions on future operation.

During the inspection, the delegation visited sites of production and the site of technological transformation for producing ultrahigh speed cigarette making machines at Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd., and attentively heard reports on production, operation, new products research and development, technological transformation and other work of the company over the first half of 2013.

Yu Mingfang fully affirmed the work of Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. in the first half of the year, and pointed out that the basic management at Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. is fine and practical, that the results of testing of the prototype of the ZJ116 cigarette rolling, joining and packing unit are ideal, and that the ongoing work of technological transformation at the company has been in conformity with the relevant technical standards.

Meanwhile, Yu Mingfang put forward a package of expectations and requirements:

Firstly, Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. needs to realize strict planning, improvement of quality, reduction of costs, attachment of importance to coordination and increase of efficiency in both production and operation.

Secondly, the company needs to strengthen the awareness about the general situation to promote systemic transformation for future development.

Thirdly, the company needs to strengthen efforts for technological innovation, expand the functions of products, improve product technologies, and form serialization of the types of its products as early as possible.

Fourthly, the company needs to practically promote the development of a first-rate quality system, specifically define its functions and strengthen its development basis.
