OSIRIS is the latest innovation to TDC's Flexible ISIS Pouch Packing platform. It is the newest non-stop inline pouch manufacturing equipment and produces perfectly shaped pouches by using today's most advanced and reliable technology, without any compromise to flexibility.

Flexibility: A variety of pouch specifications can be created with OSIRIS, settings of the width or height of the pouch are just a few simple adjustments. The OSIRIS has additional free space for a wide range of optional, customer-specific modules, such as pricing labels, booklet stickers, zip application or additional sealing.

Innovation: Its embedded potential is a great tool for marketing and brand divisions, this potential allows customers to move quicker than ever, making the most of today's market and supports the innovation for future opportunities.

Integration: The Osiris can be directly connected with the ISIS pouch packer or integrated within an existing ISIS line, thus using the ISIS line for mainstream production.

Time to market: Pre-made pouches can still be manually fed into the ISIS in-feed stations. Without any conversion the ISIS pouch packing line changes from mainstream to small batch production, therefore reacting to and fulfilling supply chain demands.

Operator-friendly: With double bobbin holders, automatic bobbin splicer and the easy to use operator panel, OSIRIS is a most operator-friendly pouch making solution. Operator intervention is brought back to a minimum, supporting the full utilisation of production line capacity.
