China: Distribution System for “Chunghwa Exclusive Line” Passes Acceptance Appraisal

The distribution system for the exclusive line for producing cigarettes of the time-honored competitive cigarette brand of Chunghwa at Shanghai Cigarette Factory of Shanghai Tobacco Group has recently passed a stringent appraisal for technical acceptance, after completion of its construction, equipment debugging, preparation for switchover, switchover of production and operation, and full-scale entry into production and operation over the past more than two years.

The construction of the distribution system for “Chunghwa Exclusive Line” was started in July 2010.

So far, the construction and test-run of the distribution system have both been smoothly completed.

At the acceptance ceremony held recently, the representatives from the Capital Construction and Equipment Division of Shanghai Tobacco Group, Shanghai Cigarette Factory and Kunming Shipping Equipment Group Co., Ltd. signed the documentation on the technical acceptance of the distribution system, signifying official entry into operation of the system.
