China: Changde Tobacco Machinery Rated among Top 50 Manufacturers in Hunan Province

Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. in south central China's Hunan Province has recently won the 45th place on the 2012 list of the Top 50 Manufacturing Enterprises in Hunan Province jointly issued by Hunan Provincial Confederation of Enterprises and Hunan Provincial Industrial Economy Confederation. Chen Zhaoxiong, member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Communist Party Hunan Provincial Committee and deputy governor of Hunan Province, attended the ceremony to unveil the list and delivered a speech. The enterprises on the 2012 list of the Top 50 Manufacturing Enterprises in Hunan Province were selected in accordance with the relevant international and domestic approaches universally applied, with the business income of the enterprises from their operations in Hunan Province in 2011 as a standard, and on the basis of results of review and appraisal by experts. The annual selection of the Top 50 Manufacturing Enterprises in Hunan Province is the most authoritative and most professional activity to appraise the comprehensive strength of manufacturing enterprises in Hunan Province organized by the government. Two enterprises from Changde City were selected into the 2012 list of the Top 50 Manufacturing Enterprises in Hunan Province. Besides Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd., Hunan Jinjian Rice Industry Co., Ltd. took the 46th place on the list. Enditem
