Serge Doiteaux is the new director of Papeteries Du Léman (PDL) in France. A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile Doiteaux has considerable experience in the paper industry, serving international customers in a variety of industries.
