China: Tobacco Machinery Maker Completes Assembly, Debugging of Ultrahigh Speed Cigarette Making Unit

Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. in south central China's Hunan Province has successfully completed the process of assembly and debugging of a ZJ116 ultrahigh speech cigarette making unit, which is a one of the first prototypes of Shanghai structural units of the ZJ116 units manufactured on a trial basis by the "ultrahigh speed cigarette making units development taskforce" in fulfillment of a major exclusive research and development project. On December 14, 2011, the ZJ116 ultrahigh speed cigarette making unit assembled and debugged at Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. smoothly passed appraisal for technical acceptance, signifying a complete success of the work of development and trial production of the ZJ116 unit at Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. On May 11, 2011, a ceremony was held at the assembly workshop of Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. to officially start the process of fulfilling the major exclusive project of development and trial production of the ZJ116 unit in the development of ultrahigh speed cigarette making machines. On that day, Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. established a taskforce for assembling and debugging the ZJ116 unit comprising 11 frontline assembling fillers and electricians and two on-site technicians. In a period of more than six months that followed, the taskforce closely cooperated with a panel of experts dispatched by Hauni of Germany in making concerted efforts to complete the process of assembling and debugging the ZJ116 unit with high quality as scheduled, which contributed to taking a giant step in the development and progress of Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd.
