Colored Carbon on View in "X-Ray" Filter

Filtrona Filter Products has launched a new filter that combines a colorful visual impact with the performance benefits of carbon. The Insight filter puts transparent plugwrap and tipping paper around a cavity filter containing colored activated carbon so that consumers are given a unique view of the carbon. The new filter will initially be available with red, blue, black or silver/grey carbon. Insight is part of Filtrona's Icon range of premium filters that are said to offer high performance combined with big impact visual differentiation. Innovation and new business development director, Chris Franklin, said that Filtrona was confident that the Insight filter, with its fusion of high performance and strong potential for brand differentiation, would be well received by its customers.
