New CEO at Hoffman

Hoffmann Neopac has named Mark Aegler as its new CEO.
Aegler has a degree in Food Engineering from the University of Science and Technology in Zürich and an MBA from the International Business School in Lausanne. He has worked for Nestlé in Europe, South Africa, the United States, Mexico and Malaysia, and headed Atisholz's department of biotechnical products.

For the past nine years he was CEO of Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel.
Aegler succeeds Hans Jordi, who recently retired after leading the Swiss packaging group for 11 years.
Hoffmann Neopac experienced strong growth under Jordi's management, consolidating its position on the international stage. The company has invested considerably in its Oberdiessbach and Thun sites in recent years, focusing on new technologies, innovative products and additional production capacities.
In 2006, Hoffmann Neopac purchased Tu-Plast in Debrecen in Hungary.
Hoffmann Neopac specializes in the manufacture of tinplate containers and Polyfoil tubes. Its packaging is in used for health products, cosmetics and luxury goods because of its excellent decorative and protective properties. Enditem
