Processing Equipment Supplier Appoints President

Curtis "Curt" Richards has been appointed president and CEO of GCH International, which, among other services, offers tobacco processing equipment and systems. Richards, a native of Lebanon, Kentucky, has been involved in numerous entrepreneurial and consulting ventures throughout his career, and most recently served as an independent consultant to multiple small and mid-sized businesses. That work included helping companies examine their value chain, analyze and implement strategic sourcing, analyze and plan growth development, manage efficiency studies and implement operational evaluations. Richards also served as a strategic planning facilitator, as an interim manager at the executive level, offered coaching and executive development, and provided family business transition mentoring and entrepreneurial advising. For most of the last 16 years Richards has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at the Bellarmine University Rubel School of Business. Enditem
