Edelmann is "Converter of the Year"

The Edelmann Group has been named "Converter of the Year 2010" by the German magazine, Druck & Medien (Print & Media). The prestigious Druck & Median Awards are presented annually in a number of categories that include also best printer and best packaging printer. A leading European producer of premium and innovative folding carton packaging, Edelmann received the award for the third edition of its elaborate "CETouch" presentation box. The box, made for designers and brand manufacturers, uses images depicting famous landmarks and cultures from around the world to demonstrate special effects that can be achieved. "The interplay of colour, shape, materials and surface finishes, such as glossy, laminated and embossed versions, enables a variety of creative features and multi-sensory effects," said Edelmann.
