Cerulean to Offer Online Parts Quotations

Cerulean, a leading supplier of quality assurance equipment for the tobacco industry, has launched a new website with a new service: an online spare parts finder. The website, at www.cerulean.com, was constructed on the basis of feedback the company received in a recent customer survey and provides easy access to product information, including product datasheets and videos.

"Throughout 2010, Cerulean will be adding further new functionality to the site which will enable customers, via a dedicated log in, to obtain spare parts quotations instantly and even place their orders online," the company said in a press note. "The new website is designed to make it easier for our customers to navigate and find the precise product information that they require," added managing director, Steve Frankham. "The main product lines are accessible from the front page and the site now has full open access to all datasheets, news items and e-newsletters. "The new online spare parts quotation and ordering feature we will be adding soon will speed up the spare parts ordering process, and may also enable Cerulean to deliver some efficiencies that we can then pass on to our customers."
