BMJ BSC Workshop

Recently BMJ held Balanced Score Card (BSC) Workshop at Sedana Golf & Country Club, Karawang - West Java. This annual event attended by over forty middle and top managements from paper and packaging divisions. The main objectives are to introduce BSC concept and to apply the concepts to each departments. BSC is an integrated concept to ensure that company vision, mission and objectives are communicated and implemented up the lowest level of organization. So, organization adopting BSC concept will assign KPI (Key Performance Indicator)s that were derived from the vision and mission of the company to each employee. Basically, the strategic objectives of the company will be cascaded to the divisions, departments and then individual at all levels. Enditem
