BMJ Annual SD Meeting 2009

Early December 2009 BMJ held Annual Strategy Deployment (SD) Meeting at Novotel Hotel, Bogor-West Java. This annual event attended by over forty middle and top executives from paper and packaging divisions. The main objectives of the meeting are to review BMJ's 2009 business performance and to set general business objectives for the year 2010. Each division/department head present their performance in 2009 and their roadmaps (business objectives) for 2010. During this three day event, there were also stage performances (playing drama) by each division / department based on Eliyahu Goldratt's book "The Goal". Most of participants were well impressed and really enjoyed the programs. They showed high spirit and ready to implement the company goals in 2010. Enditem
