Both of Filtrona plc's Coated & Security Products division's U.K. manufacturing sites have been awarded the nationally recognised Investors In People (IIP) standard and OHSAS (Occupational Health & Safety Advisory Services) 18001 certification. The Payne tear tape facility in Nottingham is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of quality tear tape, used for the easy opening of consumer packaging. The Payne Security facility in Banbury is a leading provider of solutions for the document and identity markets. "This is an excellent achievement for Payne and Payne Security," comments Tony Edwards, divisional managing director for Filtrona Coated & Security Products. "Not only does it recognize all of our employees' hard work over the years in maintaining the high standards everyone works to, but it also endorses our business direction and our company values."
