Executive Changes at Borgwaldt

Effective July 1, 2009, the Borgwaldt group will have a new management team. Peter Nagel and Heinrich Köhler, the current managing directors, will retire from their active roles in the company on June 30, 2009. Insa Briel will take over as the sole managing director of Heinr. Borgwaldt GmbH. She has held a range of positions within the Borgwaldt group over the past six years. At the subsidiary Borgwaldt KC GmbH, the current managing director Marc Naruga will share responsibility with Dr. Nils Rose. Rose was previously technical director and will continue to oversee this area as well. Former head of sales Andreas Briel will take over as the sole managing director of Borgwaldt Flavor GmbH. The Borgwaldt group's activities are dedicated nearly 100 percent to the tobacco industry. The company and its subsidiaries have been specializing in tobacco aromas and additives, as well as instruments for quality control and R&D for more than 100 years.
