Gestel Buys Back Shares

Dec 15, 2008-Gestel Printing Co.'s management and a private investor have purchased the shares in Gestel that were previously owned by the Nederlandse Participatie Maatschappij N.V. Gestel's management now holds a majority share in the company. Gestel develops innovative packaging for a variety of industries, including tobacco. With its unique combination of sheet fed offset and gravure machines and other finishing equipment, Gestel is capable of cost-efficiently producing limited quantities of high-end packaging. Enditem
