Senior Management Moves at SWM

Dec 2, 2008-Schweitzer-Mauduit International (SWM) has announced that from January 1, 2009, Otto R. Herbst, who is currently president, the Americas, will become COO. Herbst, who joined SWM in 1999 as president, Brazilian Operations, and who has been in his current role since August 2006, will report to Frederic Villoutreix, who on November 11 was named as chairman of the board and CEO, a position he will take up on January 1 following the retirement on December 31 of the current chairman and CEO, Wayne H. Deitrich. Dr Wilfred A. Martinez, who was previously with Laticrete International, will replace Herbst as president, the Americas. Enditem
