Key appoints David Camp as president and CEO

Key Technology has appointed Dr. David M. Camp as president and chief executive officer. Camp will be responsible for bringing Key’s automated inspection, specialized conveying, product preparation systems and related services to customers worldwide. Camp has more than 25 years of technology and manufacturing related experience, including the management of process control, capital equipment and service businesses. Most recently, he was a consultant with The Thomas Group on an engagement with the U.S. Navy. “Dave Camp is ideally qualified to lead Key Technology,” noted Tom Madsen, chairman of the board. “His drive and passion for bold goals, his experience in applying technology to market needs, and his team-oriented leadership style will maximize the effectiveness of our senior management team and bring focus to a growth strategy built on solid performance.
