Since July 1, Ukraine There Are New Excise Stamps For Tobacco Products

From July 1 to apply samples of excise tax stamps for tobacco products of domestic and foreign production (except for cigarettes with filter and without filter, cigarettes), approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated April 4, 2018 No. 257 “on Some issues of labeling of tobacco products”.

The details of the innovations are given in the text of the relevant regulation on the website of the Cabinet.

It is established that a trade mark for tobacco products is performed:

– for products of domestic manufacture with filter and without filter (cigarettes, cigarettes) in a green colour scheme for other tobacco products of a domestic production in orange colours;

– for products imported with a filter and without a filter (cigarette, cigarettes) – in blue, for other tobacco products imported in Burgundy colour scheme.

Before in Ukraine there were stamps in green color scheme for domestic tobacco products in the blue colour scheme – for the import.
