Canada: Two-thirds of Quebecers Affected by Smoking

The negative effects of tobacco use still have a huge impact on a large swath of the Quebec population.

The Quebec Council on Smoking says a recent poll shows 66 per cent of Quebecers are affected by the suffering caused by smoking, either because a loved one smokes or because they become sick themselves from smoking.
