Albania: A New Law to Ban Smoking

The new law to ban smoking is effective as of today and for the first time, it also provides fines for the clients who smoke in restricted areas of bars, restaurants etc.

According the new law the violation of the new article that speaks about places where smoking is restricted, provides fines up to 300 000 leks for businesses and 50 000 leks for the client and also 50 000 leks for the administrator of the condominium. Enditem
