Ukraine: Security Features Planned for New Excise Stamps

The Revenues and Duties Ministry plans new excise stamps with security features for tobacco products from 1 Sept to combat illicit trade and protect consumers, the news agency Ukrinform reported.

The stamps, also planned for alcoholic drinks, will contain background grids and a security element with encrypted information, Ukrinform said on its English-language website. Enditem
