Azerbaijan Bans Advertising of Tobacco, Tobacco Products and Related Accessories

Azerbaijan bans advertising of tobacco, tobacco products, even information about them throughout the country.

Azerbaijani Parliament told APA that this has been reflected in the newly-developed draft law "On Advertising".

According to Article #28 of the draft law, advertising of tobacco, tobacco products and their accessories, including tobacco sticks, pipes, E-cigarettes, cigarette papers and lighters is banned in all cases.

The draft law will be put up for discussion at the next meeting of the Azerbaijani Parliament's extraordinary session. Enditem
