Jordan: Ruseifa Police Seize 2586 Smuggled Cigarette Cartons

Ruseifa police on Saturday seized 2,586 cartons of smuggled cigarettes at a warehouse at the Hiteen Refugee Camp, detaining the smugglers and referring them to court.
 
The seized cigarettes were handed to the Jordan Customs Department.
 
Also in Ruseifa on Saturday, a 17-year-old sustained various wounds after he fell off the roof of his house, according to the Ruseifa Police Department.
 
Civil Defence Department (CDD) personnel took the teenager to Prince Feisal Hospital, where his condition was listed as fair.
 
Moreover, a fire erupted in a house in Ruseifa on Saturday after children tampered with electrical wiring.
 
No injuries were reported, but the fire caused substantial material damage, according to CDD personnel who contained the fire. Enditem
