Bulgaria Allows Smoking in Public After 10 PM

The total ban on smoking in public places in Bulgaria may be lifted at the first sitting of the Parliament next year, the Standart learnt.

The new amendments to the Public health Act allow smoking in pubs and night clubs after 10 pm and are supported by MPs from different political parties.

Pub owners say, however that it will be even better if there are halls for smokers and non-smokers in each pub or restaurant.
