Notice Of Board Changes

Shareholders are hereby advised of the following changes to the Board of British American Tobacco Zimbabwe (Holdings) Limited "the Company":

Resignation of a Non-Executive Director

Mrs. Angela Mashanyare resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from 25th July 2017. The Board extends its gratitude to Mrs. Mashanyare for her valuable contribution to the Company during her tenure and wishes her well in her future endeavors.

Appointment of Non-Executive Directors

Messrs. Alejandro Riomayor and Edwin Isaac Manikai and Mrs. Rachel Pfungwa Kupara were appointed as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 25th July 2017. Mr. Alejandro Riomayor is the General Manager of British American Tobacco Southern African Markets.

Mr. Riomayor brings to the Board several years of experience in general management and financial management at leadership level. He has worked for over 20 years in various British American Tobacco Group markets including Iberia, (Spain, Portugal, and Andorra), Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Mr. Riomayor is a Certified Accountant with an Accounting degree from Universidad Catholica (Argentina) and Master of Business Administration degree (IDEA). Mr. Edwin Isaac Manikai is a named Partner at Dube Manikai and Hwacha Legal Practitioners. Mr. Manikai brings to the Board several years of experience in commercial legal practice and general business management. He has enjoyed over 25 years in commercial legal practice, banking and financial services and has played a leading role in significant corporate actions on the Zimbabwe Stock exchange.

Mr. Manikai is a registered legal practitioner and holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and LLB degrees from the University of Zimbabwe. He also completed a Commonwealth Young Lawyer’s Programme. Mrs. Rachel Pfungwa Kupara is a management consultant. Mrs. Kupara brings to the Board several years of experience in corporate finance and general business management. She has held various senior management positions in the financial services sector, agriculture and manufacturing industries over the past 30 years. Mrs. Kupara is a Chartered ccountant and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe and Master of Business Administration from the University of Bradford (UK).
