Reynolds American Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

Reynolds American Inc. said yesterday that its board of directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.36 per share ($1.44 per share annualized).

The dividend is payable on January 4 to shareholders of record on December 14.

RAI said this was the 46th consecutive quarterly cash dividend since RAI became a public company on July 30, 2004. Enditem
