US: Oberlander To Assume BAT Board Slot at RAI

Ricardo Oberlander, the British American Tobacco management board member responsible for the Americas, will join the board of directors at Reynolds American as a BAT representative, RAI said.

Oberlander will replace Neil Withington, whose retirement from the BAT management board next April previously was announced. He will leave the RAI board after its 4 Dec meeting, RAI said. BAT owns 42 per cent of RAI through its subsidiary, Brown and Williamson Holdings, and is entitled to five RAI board members. Enditem
