HongyunHonghe Starts Technological Compliance Test for 2014

HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province - the largest Chinese tobacco manufacturer - held in its subsidiary Kunming Cigarette Factory on November 3 a meeting to start the process of its technological compliance test for the year 2014.

Addressing the meeting, HongyunHonghe Technological Quality Department Director Wang Hui made explanation about the contents and relevant matters of the technological compliance test.

To ensure objectivity and truthfulness of the technological compliance test for 2014, the Technological Quality Department has formulated a detailed scheme for the test, and has established a test taskforce comprising technicians selected from six production factories and two companies affiliated to HongyunHonghe.

As of November, the test taskforce will perform technological compliance test on the leaf tobacco cutting lines, cigarette rolling and packing lines and imperfect cigarettes recycling and treating lines, with the contents of the test covering the technological parameters, stability and compliance of indexes, online technological management and control, material consumption, etc in the process of cigarette production.

The technological compliance test will follow the principle of "no performance assessment, no grading and no ranking", will take solution of problems as the purpose, and will pertinently put forward effective solutions and measures for rectification, in efforts to objectively reflect and evaluate the status quo of cigarette processing technologies and manufacturing levels of the units affiliated to HongyunHonghe, and lay a solid foundation for promoting the cigarette making technology control capacity of HongyunHonghe and ensure stability of the quality of cigarette products of HongyunHonghe.
