<strong>China: Yunnan Tobacco Industry Donates to Jinggu Earthquake Victims</strong>

On Oct. 8, China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Corp. donated 10 million yuan to Jinggu earthquake victims.

On Oct.7, a magnitude 6.6 earthquake hit Jinggu County in Puer City of Yunnan. The death toll now stands at 1, and more than 328 injured.

On the morning of Oct. 8, China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Corp. held an emergency meeting and made a decision to donate 10 million yuan to Jinggu earthquake victims. Zhu Shaoming, secretary of company leading Party group and general manager, and Ye Libin, Chairman and vice secretary of company leading Party group, said that China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Corp. will pay attention to earthquake and help victims to rebuild home.
