<strong>China: Ulanhot Cigarette Factory Announces Leadership Change</strong>

Ulanhot Cigarette Factory of HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region held a general meeting of the management on September 16 to announce a leadership change, in which Wang Lijia was appointed the new director of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory.

The dignitaries attending the meeting included Yang Chunshan, deputy secretary and secretary-general of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Xing'an League Committee; You Guojun, CPC Xing'an League Committee member and deputy governor of Xing'an League; Ma Huanlong, CPC Xing'an League Committee member and secretary of the CPC Ulanhot City Committee; Wen Ningjun, inspector of China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Co., Ltd. and the CPC discipline inspection group at China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Co., Ltd.; Li Xinjun, inspector of China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Co., Ltd.; Wu Yi, HongyunHonghe CEO and CPC Committee at HongyunHonghe; Dai Wei, deputy secretary of the CPC Committee at HongyunHonghe and the CPC discipline inspection committee at HongyunHonghe; and Luo Jianhua, secretary of the HongyunHonghe Board of Directors.

Speaking at the meeting on behalf of the CPC Committee at China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Co., Ltd., He Qing, deputy chief of the Human Resources Department of China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Co., Ltd., read out the decision of China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Co., Ltd. on the leadership change of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory, in which Wang Lijia was appointed the new director and Wang Baojia an inspector of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory.

Also speaking at the meeting, Wu Yi, on behalf of HongyunHonghe, expressed strong support of HongyunHonghe for the decision of the CPC Committee at China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Co., Ltd. on the leadership change of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory, and expressed gratitude to the governments of both Xing'an League and Ulanhot City for their great care of and assistance to Ulanhot Cigarette Factory.

Wu Yi emphasized that Wang Baojia has long made painstaking efforts and contributed wisdom to the development of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory, promoting realization of sound and rapid development of all aspects of the work of production, operation and management of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory, and laying a solid foundation for sustainable development of the enterprise in future.

Wu Yi also expressed the hope that Wang Lijia and Hu Pei, secretary of the CPC Committee at Ulanhot Cigarette Factory, will unite and lead the entire workforce of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory.

Speaking on the same occasion, Yang Chunshan pledged that both the CPC Xing'an League Committee and the Xing'anm League government will continue to support the development of Ulanhot Cigarette Factory as they have always done.
