It is reported, in order to reduce the waste of spare parts warehouse, the factory comprehensive counted machine equipment spare parts inventory, adjusted the consignment items list, on the premise of guarantee the production efficiency, reduced the stock of spare parts, and reduced cost of warehouse. In order to reduce resource waste of logistics system, the factory accelerated the construction of logistics system, improved the efficiency of material transport, reduced logistics cost.
