In the first half of 2014, China Tobacco Guizhou Industrial Corp.'s main economic indicators increased, the growth rate higher than the industry average, and made significant progress in the challenge.

Data shows that in the first half year, China Tobacco Guizhou Industrial Corp. sales income reached 18.355 billion yuan, up 8.42% year on year, growth rate 1.64% higher than the industry level; taxes and profits reached 14.571 billion yuan, up 10.12% year on year, growth rate 3.29% higher than the industry.

According to statistics, as the core brand of Guizhou cigarette industry, in the first half year, the "Guiyan" brand maintained a good growth, the manufacturing sector sold 352900 cases (17.645 billion cigarettes),an increase of 39700 cases (1.985 billion cigarettes) year-on-year; commercial sectors sold 384000 cases (19.2 billion cigarettes) , an increase of 15.34% year-on-year.
