China: Dali Cigarette Factory Water Processing System Runs Successfully

Recently, the test of water treatment system of Dali Cigarette Factory of China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Corp. was completed. The system was put into operation, and the processed water entered into the landscape pool in the factory.

At the beginning of the on-site technical transformation project plan of Dali cigarette factory, the factory adhered to the "humanities, green, science and technology" concept, and committed to be a responsibility company and actively installed water treatment system. The water system can processed 1000 tons water per day, and the system adopted the anaerobic-aerobic and continuous sand filter process. After processing the water quality can reached "The Urban Sewage Recycling Water Landscape Water Quality (GB/T18921-2002) for Ornamental Water Class" standards, which mainly used for landscape and greening and fire water, truly realized the zero discharge of sewage. The project lasted from the beginning of 2009 to May 2014, took five years to complete, and all water samples approved by the Dali Water Sewage Treatment Plant and Yunnan Water Environment Administration.
