In 2013, Three Gorges Cigar Factory of China Tobacco Hubei Industrial Corp. sold 101.33 million unit handmade cigars, rose 99.35% from year-on-year; machine-made cigars, 95700 cases, rose 23.6% year-on-year.

According to the development strategy of China Tobacco Hubei Industrial Corp., Three Gorges Cigar Factory will intensify cigar culture promotion, and open more sales channels, with 3 years or so to make the machine made cigar sales volume over 150000 cases, and hand-rolled cigars sales volume over 500 million units. In order to ensure the cigar brand development goals, Three Gorges Cigar Factory combines with the product formula and tobacco inventory, continued to expand domestic and international procurement channels, to keep raw material inventory in total dynamic balance and reasonable structure.
