Imperial Tobacco has won independent recognition as one of the best companies to work for in Italy from the Top Employers Institute.

Their comprehensive analysis highlighted Imperial Tobacco'exceptional employee conditions', especially the way its HR leadership strategies nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organisation.

Margherita Ciaschini, HR Manager Italy, said: "Top Employer certification is only gained after a rigorous evaluation of our employees' working conditions and benefits.
