<strong>China: Chuanyu TIC. Signs Contract with Altadis USA</strong>

On Nov. 27, Chuanyu TIC. signed contract with Altadis USA in Chengdu on cooperation of Great Wall Cigar No.1. According to the agreement, the two sides will work for the "Great Wall no. 1", and make it becomes high-end hand-made cigar which meets international quality standards. It is understood that this is the second product cooperated by both sides. First product "Great Wall (View)" in July 2013 launched out in Inner Mongolia and Shanghai and other places,  and sales volume has exceeded 3500 units, "to be favorest" of domestic high-end handmade cigar consumption group.

In recent years, Chuanyu TIC. made efforts to build No.1 domestic cigar base and No.1 cigar brand. In 2011, Chuanyu TIC. signed cooperation contract with Altadis on cigar raw material and cigar products，and both sides' technical cooperation has entered into a substantive stage.

It is understood that the agreement also includes the trademark license agreement, letter of intent for raw material imports, portrait authorization contract text, etc. According to the agreement, the two sides will work together on carrying out quality diagnosis, establish manufacturing standard, transferring process, evaluating the market test, etc. The "Great Wall No. 1" will use high quality raw materials from Brazil, the United States, Indonesia, the Dominican republic and other places, in order to achieve the international quality standards of high-end hand-made cigars.
