<strong>China: Xinjiang Cigarette Factory''s ERP Project Passed Initial Inspection</strong>

On Dec.3, Xinjiang Cigarette Factory's ERP Project initial inspection meeting was held in Technology Building of Xinjiang Cigarette Factory. The meeting was held by Zhang Xifa, deputy director of information department of HongyunHonghe Group, Tian Kun, director of Information Department of China Tobacco of Yunan Industrial Corp., and responsible persons of Accenture Ltd., Tao Xin, deputy director of Xinjiang Cigarette Factory, and ERP team members and major customers attended the meeting.

Xinjiang Cigarette Factory carries out ERP project since May, 2012. During the meeting, HongyunHonghe group's information department director Fan ZongBing introduced the situation of the project. He introduced the whole situation of the ERP system, including the overall goal of the completion of the project, the specific implementation process, the system function module and the implement process of project construction, pre-acceptance, the effect achieved after the completion of the project, the project's innovative, project implementation experiences and ideas of the next step. Then, Accenture's project technical personnels introduced the situation of system running, system testing situation and situation of project documentation review.

Xinjiang Cigarette Factory's vice director Taoxin made a summary of the initial inspection, and expressed thanks to supports from China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Corp., HongyunHonghe Group, and team members, and put forward higher requests on ERP project team members.

Finally, the participants agreed that Xinjiang Cigarettes Factory's ERP project passed preliminary acceptance. Enditem
